RETURN POLICY

 

Our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, you may return new, unopened editions of the Muizz Gallery Publication “Keariene Muizz” for full credit up to 30 days from the date your order shipped. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Please Note:          Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Muizz Gallery will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

PRE-ORDER

 

MuizzGallery.com allows customers to pre-order merchandise that has not yet been released. The release date indicates the date the product is scheduled to be available for shipment. Release dates are subject to change by the supplier; such date changes will be updated as we receive them.

 

MAY 31, 2008, is the scheduled release date for the Muizz Gallery publication “Keariene Muizz.”

 

Orders will usually ship within 6-8 weeks of the release date.
