By pressing the Submit button you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions when submitting any ideas, suggestions, materials, etc. (hereinafter, the "Submissions"):

1. The Submissions will be shared with the committee of The Muizz Gallery.

2. Neither Muizz Gallery. nor any of its affiliated companies or entities are obligated to use your Submission or to pay you for any Submission.

3. It is possible similar Submissions may be submitted to Muizz Gallery by multiple sources and that a Submission may be similar to ideas generated or developed independently by Muizz Gallery employees.

4. All Submissions shall become the property of Muizz Gallery and will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality. Muizz Gallery shall not be liable for any use or disclosure to a third party of any of the Submissions.

5. Muizz Gallery shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to the Submissions and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose without compensation to the provider of Submissions.

6. Muizz Gallery reserves the right to change due dates related to releasing the product or service suggested in your Submissions, or other specifics, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

GUIDELINES FOR YOUR PRODUCT

1. Your product should not exceed 10"x 13"

2. The weight of your product should not exceed 1lb.

3. Once your product is approved you will receive details on our unique program.

4. Note Muizz Gallery is responsible for all domestic and international shipping charges to our society members once your product is received at our headquarters.
